About Us

WHO WE ARE

The DFW Charitable Foundation is a nonprofit organization committed to strengthening communities across North Texas.

We support local nonprofits that are addressing the region’s most pressing challenges—from expanding access to education and healthcare, to empowering veterans and driving neighborhood revitalization.

We collaborate with trusted community partners to amplify their impact, provide targeted funding, and champion long-term, meaningful change.

Education Access

We believe education is the foundation for opportunity and progress. That’s why we support local nonprofits that expand access to learning—whether it’s early childhood education, vocational training, or scholarships for higher education.

Our funding helps break cycles of poverty and empowers individuals with the skills and confidence to succeed.

Supporting Veterans & Their Families

We partner with local nonprofits that help veterans transition successfully to civilian life. From job training and housing assistance to mental health care and advocacy, we invest in programs that honor service and support long-term stability.

Every veteran deserves the opportunity to thrive after service—and the support needed to get there.
